EARLY ARRIVAL<\/h3>

The registration desk will be open every morning one hour before the beginning of the first class. Arrive early so you have enough time to register and get to your class on time. You will need ID, Passport or invoice number to receive your wristband. Lost or stolen wristband will not be replaced or refunded.<\/p>

ACCOMMODATION & MEALS<\/h3>

Accommodation and meals are not included. Delicious vegetarian, vegan and raw vendors will be available for all guests.<\/p>

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS<\/h3>

Totes les entrades s\u00f3n no reemborsables per\u00f2 transferibles. Els reemborsaments no s'aplicaran per a arribades tardanes, finalitzaci\u00f3 anticipada de l'assist\u00e8ncia o abs\u00e8ncies.<\/p>

CANCELLATION OF CONFERENCE<\/h3>

The BYC and Fundaci\u00f3 Omshanti Yoga keeps a fundamental right to cancel the event. In case of full cancellation of the BYC, participants will be fully refunded, minus a 10% administration fee. Participants will have no right to claim further compensation or reparations. All advertised artists and instructors have confirmed their appearance at the BYC, but acts and schedules are subject to change without notice. Changes in the program will have no effect on the cancellation policy.<\/p>

FORCE MAJEURE<\/h3>

In the case of circumstances beyond normal control or highly unexpected factors such as\u00a0such as war, actions and orders from the authorities, strikes, catastrophes or epidemics, the BYC reserve the right to reschedule the event. Tickets will not be refundable but transferable to any future BYC edition.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

YOGA ACCESSORIES<\/h3>\n

The BYC is not responsible for providing Yoga Mats and props. You can bring your own Yoga accessories or choose to buy them in the conference village.<\/p>\n\n

LIABILITY<\/h3>\n

Every physical practice involves a certain risk of injury. Participants of the BYC agree to be part of this event fully aware of their safety and the safety of other participants. The BYC and Fundaci\u00f3 Omshanti Yoga., the organization team, volunteers and presenters are fully exempted from liability.<\/p>\n\n

RIGHTS & PERMISSIONS<\/h3>\n

The BYC keeps the rights for all photographs, audio, and video recordings made along the 5 days of the event. In order to avoid distractions participants will not be able to record or take photos during the sessions.<\/p>\n\n

STANDS<\/h3>\n

Consider carefully to ensure that BYC is the appropriate match for your project, this is a key element towards your stands overall success.
