The registration desk will be open every morning one hour before the beginning of the first class. Arrive early so you have enough time to register and get to your class on time. You will need ID, Passport or invoice number to receive your wristband. Lost or stolen wristband will not be replaced or refunded.
Accommodation and meals are not included. Delicious vegetarian, vegan and raw vendors will be available for all guests.
All passes are Non Refundable but transferable. Refunds will not apply for late arrivals, early termination of attendance or no-shows.
The BYC and Fundació Omshanti Yoga keeps a fundamental right to cancel the event. In case of full cancellation of the BYC, participants will be fully refunded, minus a 10% administration fee. Participants will have no right to claim further compensation or reparations. All advertised artists and instructors have confirmed their appearance at the BYC, but acts and schedules are subject to change without notice. Changes in the program will have no effect on the cancellation policy.
In the case of circumstances beyond normal control or highly unexpected factors such as such as war, actions and orders from the authorities, strikes, catastrophes or epidemics, the BYC reserve the right to reschedule the event. Tickets will not be refundable but transferable to any future BYC edition.
The BYC is not responsible for providing Yoga Mats and props. You can bring your own Yoga accessories or choose to buy them in the conference village.
Every physical practice involves a certain risk of injury. Participants of the BYC agree to be part of this event fully aware of their safety and the safety of other participants. The BYC and Fundació Omshanti Yoga., the organization team, volunteers and presenters are fully exempted from liability.
The BYC keeps the rights for all photographs, audio, and video recordings made along the 5 days of the event. In order to avoid distractions participants will not be able to record or take photos during the sessions.
Consider carefully to ensure that BYC is the appropriate match for your project, this is a key element towards your stands overall success. BYC is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen material during the Conference nor the amount of product sold.
